Showed up in the middle of the night after I lost my key, couldnt have asked for a more professional, or friendly employee to come assist me. He was quick and efficient and made me feel so much more at ease about losing my key. Will definitely recommend over and over again!

2024Q1 uh, wow. 10-stars if I could. Amazingly prompt and efficient service. Would definitely use again. Last night and this morning, Angi,s List totally botched our emergency request to unlock the car in <12 hours and provide two new keys. That put us in a bind this morning. I picked Reliable Locksmith because they were the top-rated Google Maps locksmith in my area. After only a single phone call that was immediately answered, the locksmith arrived in under an hour and very quickly completed the job. Compare that to hours with a frustrating Angi interface, an appointment that was accepted and then canceled, and no human contact available. If Anji was trying to compete on price, then they failed at that too, because the total bill was pretty much the same. This is a church van that weekly transports more than six families of legal immigrants and refugees from Joseph and Clifford to a Pittsford church. The fact that it was serviced by an expert who himself came to this country and now runs a very successful business, further proves the excellent work ethic that I have universally seen these future citizens bring to the United States.

Needed a couple of deadbolt locks installed in steel doors & set up an appointment 2 days ago. Martin arrived right on time & did a great job. He was very careful & respectful of the areas he was working in, even brought in a cordless vacuum to clean up after he drilled the holes in the doors. This business is incredible! My keys to EVERYTHING were stolen late Sunday night and when we called them, they arrived within 25 minutes, changed the locks on 3 doors and then met me at another location to change the locks there. Two days later, they were back to get me into another building. Prompt, professional, reasonably priced, patient and kind. Id recommend these guys to anyone.

My business experienced a break-in and the technician arrived within 20 minutes in the middle of the night and had our damaged lock replaced by daybreak. The deadbolt on my dads home broke inside the door and he was locked out. Called this service, they showed up in 45 mins and worked until the lock was removed, then came back the next day to install a new re-keyed lock with the original key. Great service, very nice, knowledgeable people.

Couldn't find my to my storage unit the first time I called my locksmith the guy wouldn't drill out the , so I called reliable locksmith they came they're really good did not damage the storage unit door drilled out the lock.Very professional highly recommend to call if need a professional locksmith. Lost our only set of keys. No one in Rochester had the key fob in stock. They ordered it and it came in the next day. A couple of hours after it came in they got to my car and had me going again in 30 minutes. Great customer service! very reasonable pricing.

I was on a vacation in Rochester NY while it was snowing and i lost the keys to my car. I tried several locksmith companies but it was difficult to have one come to me because it was late at night. Reliable Locksmith was a great place to work with when we lost the combination to our Sentry safe. We did not receive the right combination from Sentry and repeated calls to them did not yield the correct numbers. We called Reliable Locksmith and my wife had a pleasant time chatting with the person that came out. Unfortunately they were not able to open the safe either and had to pry it open, but we would not fail to use them again if the need arises.

Reliable Locksmith was a great place to work with when we lost the combination to our Sentry safe. We did not receive the right combination from Sentry and repeated calls to them did not yield the correct numbers. We called Reliable Locksmith and my wife had a pleasant time chatting with the person that came out. Unfortunately they were not able to open the safe either and had to pry it open, but we would not fail to use them again if the need arises.

They helped me get into my car after I got locked out while it was running! They were at my car seven minutes after I called them!

Reliable Locksmith are incredible! We needed to change our locks in a hurry at our house and they came within 20 minutes and stayed until midnight, changing all the locks. They was friendly, fast, and incredibly knowledgeable. They even re-keyed them all to the same key and made us extra copies. I highly recommend calling them, and if they busy it's worth the wait.
